For over 14 years, Escondido has been perfecting the art of fresh Mexican cuisine. We use the finest crisp garden vegetables, ripe fruit, tender herbs, hand-cut meats, poultry and fresh seafood in our time-tested recipes. You can taste the difference in every ingredient from our fresh chopped salsas to our individually prepared guacamole.

The Cantina is a place where lively conversation is shared over bottles of some of the rarest and sought after tequilas in the world. Our collection boasts over 200 agave-based spirits, to sip slowly as the locals would, or drink them in our hand-muddled cocktails.
